The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for family relaxation after a day of adventure! Breakfast was delicious, especially those adorable bear-shaped waffles! The staff treated us like family, making our stay even more special.

Great breakfast variety and friendly housekeeping stood out. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch, perfect for some quiet time. Our king suite was spacious, but the lack of streaming options on the TV was a bummer. Loved the well-maintained pool, but the evening experience was tarnished by rowdy guests. Check-in disappointment due to room unavailability was frustrating. On-site water not being complimentary felt like a missed opportunity, especially for a pregnant traveler. despite a few hiccups, the location was ideal for exploring, and the kids had a blast by the pool. Would consider coming back.

We had a mixed experience at Best Western. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but the room itself was nice. The indoor pools were too chlorinated, drying out our skin quickly, but having both indoor and outdoor pools was a nice touch. The breakfast, while good, was the same every day - it would have been nice to see some variety. the location was great and the hot breakfast served daily was much appreciated. The cleaning service did a great job, and the indoor and outdoor pools were kept clean. The staff at the front desk were helpful with any questions we had. there were some issues with the TV and microwave only working intermittently. The air/heating unit was a bit noisy, but nothing too out of the ordinary. The continental breakfast had plenty of options, but the quality was lacking - nothing tasted very good. I also had a frustrating experience with someone checking us out without our knowledge, and a manager treating us poorly during a misunderstanding. It left a sour taste in our mouths after being loyal guests for years. there were some highlights and low points to our stay.

The pool scene at night was wild—drunk college kids everywhere, making it uncomfortable for families. We had to avoid it entirely after one visit. Not exactly the relaxing getaway we hoped for.

The bed was comfortable, but the squeaky springs disrupted sleep. The shower had decent pressure. The room felt clean, and the proximity to our parked car was convenient. Staff were friendly, and requests for supplies were met quickly. roaches appeared when we turned on the lights, leading to an unwelcoming atmosphere. The fridge stopped working overnight, spoiling our food and causing issues for my child. Noise from neighboring rooms was a problem, and the breakfast area was small and limited in options. The air conditioning was loud, making it hard to hear the TV.

Had a blast at the pools! Loved switching between the indoor and outdoor pools. The rooms were huge, super clean, and the shower was amazing. Plus, the location was spot-on, close to all the action in town.
Parking was a bit tight, but we always managed to snag a spot. Some guests mentioned ants in the rooms, which is a big no-no, especially for families with young kids.

Our family had a wonderful time exploring Pigeon Forge, enjoying Dolly Parton's Stampede, and taking part in local activities like skiing and golfing. The hotel's proximity to various attractions and its reasonable prices made our family vacation a great value for our money.
My kids wished for a bigger breakfast area for families with children.

Had a blast with the amazing pools and hot tubs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The hearty breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, with the convenience of taking food back to your room. Great location across from a popular attraction and within walking distance of restaurants and bars.
Parking can be a hassle as spots are limited. Some areas of the hotel need updating, and housekeeping could be more consistent with towel replenishment.

I was living the high life with a complimentary breakfast fit for a queen and soaking in the royal treatment at the pool and hot tub. The hotel was my kingdom, with free WiFi, parking, and amazing staff at my beck and call.
Who needs peace and quiet when you can hear your neighbor's life story through the walls? .

the hotel is directly across from The Stampede - in a great location between pigeon forge and gatlinburg. the room was clean and comfortable. the pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the breakfast was better than expected.
Would definitely recommend.

The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, especially after a rainy day at Dollywood. The grab-and-go breakfast bags were a convenient touch. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. we had a great stay at Best Western Toni Inn.

The staff at this inn were amazing! They were helpful and cheerful throughout our entire stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff was very kind. We received great tips from Nancy at the front desk, who had lived in Tampa and helped us with our travel plans. We were also pleased with the flexibility of the staff and management when we decided to change our reservation due to traffic. The location was convenient, close to attractions and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this inn!
It would have been nicer to have housekeeping services during our four-night stay, especially since we ate in the room and had accumulated trash. Additionally, some of our food in the fridge section froze.
